- Prepaid Card Usage
2.1 Recharging the Card
Parents are responsible for recharging their child’s prepaid card. Funds should be added to the card via the methods specified by the school administration. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their child’s card is adequately funded.
2.2 Card Limit
The prepaid card may have a limit, as determined by the school administration. Parents and students should abide by this limit and are responsible for monitoring the card’s balance to avoid any inconvenience.
- Purchasing and Consumption
3.1 Eligible Items
The prepaid card may be used for purchasing food and beverages in the school canteen, in accordance with the canteen’s offerings.
3.2 Authorization
Upon presenting the prepaid card, students are authorized to purchase items from the canteen. It is the responsibility of parents to educate their child on the appropriate use of the card and the importance of not sharing it with others.
3.3 Liability for Purchases
All purchases made using the prepaid card are the responsibility of the cardholder and their parent/guardian. The school and the canteen will not be held liable for unauthorized or excessive use of the card.
- Card Security
4.1 Lost or Stolen Cards
In the event of a lost or stolen card, it is the responsibility of the cardholder and their parent/guardian to report the loss immediately to the school administration. The school will deactivate the lost card and issue a replacement card with the remaining balance (if any) at the cardholder’s expense.
- Refunds
Refunds for unused balances on the prepaid card will be processed upon request, subject to a small administrative fee as determined by the school administration.
- Changes to Terms
The school administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at its discretion. Updated Terms will be communicated to parents and students in a timely manner.
